Paul Balmer and Rosie Fatta are CEJ’s 2025-2026 Winners of the Associate Award!

Paul Balmer and Rosie Fatta, Associates at Tonkon Torp, are the winners of this year’s Associates Award. Paul and Rosie have been outstanding members of the Tonkon Torp CEJ team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment throughout the year. Thanks to their efforts, Tonkon Torp achieved nearly 80% participation in CEJ giving and increased the firm’s per capita giving by almost $100—maintaining their status as strong Defenders of Justice.

Paul and Rosie also played a key role in inspiring firmwide support for CEJ’s first-ever participation in Willamette Week’s Give!Guide, securing a match sponsorship that boosted engagement and helped make the mini-campaign a success.

In addition, Tonkon hosted two CEJ continuing legal education events this year: an Access to Justice CLE and a specialized CLE focused on the housing rights of domestic violence survivors.
