The Portland Region is CEJ’s 2025-2026 Winner of the Leadership Cup!

The Oregon Law Foundation and CEJ congratulate the Portland Region on winning the Leadership Cup! The Leadership Cup is awarded to the legal aid region with the greatest number of new IOLTA accounts opened at Leadership Banks or Credit Unions. This year, an outstanding 90.3% of new IOLTA accounts opened in the Portland region were at Leadership Banks and Credit Unions. Statewide, the average rate for new IOLTAs opened at Leadership Institutions went up to 81.5% this year. This is a new record! It was a close race with Central Oregon and Lane County right behind Portland. The entire state is getting the message about opening IOLTAs at Leadership Institutions. We have new additions to our team of Leadership Institutions and have a great array of options for your IOLTA banking needs. Congratulations to Portland for your incredible contributions!
