Congratulations Judge Mustafa Kasubhai on your Senate Confirmation!
Judge Kasubhai was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon by the U.S. Senate on November 19th. Judge Kasubhai is the first Asian American Article III judge in the District, as well as the first American Muslim to serve within the Ninth Circuit.
